Scroll down and look at the %win rate graph. Than, look at play rate graph.

While the play rate graph stays relatively steady, Mord's win rate took a massive drop since last patch.

Another graph also shows that only experienced Mordekaiser mains can effectively play him.

This means that not even seasoned Mordekaiser mains can play him properly since the Rylias nerf.

First, boot enchants where removed awhile back. Than Boots of Swiftness was nerfed soon after. Now Rylias has been heavily nerfed.

This means that 2 of his original core items have been nerfed. It is understandable why Rylias was nerfed, but champs who really need it like Mordekaiser(and Vladmir) must pay the ultimate price.

In reality, Mord needs only a base Movespeed increase of 10.
