How do you deal with Lucian?

Hello everyone, Somehow in my last games every Lucian I see (99% on the other team) gets disgustingly fed, and as he is picked quite often it becomes a problem. When I'm bot he can chunk 2/3 of my hp from level 2. His powerspike is well known but thunderlords makes it even worse. If we try to avoid fights botlane he will still find his window to 100-0 one of us in like 2 seconds, usually it is dash-doubleshot-ult. I want to learn how to deal with this thing because personally I didn't come up with anything rational. As a support I play Janna mainly, can pick Leona or Karma. If I want more fun or a kill lane in general I take Lux. If I'm adc it is either Trist or Vayne. I'd appreciate help for these champs vs Lucian. Thanks in advance

In America, they'd call 911 and have Riot Blitzcrank grab him over and repeatedly rocket fist him until he died.

Which champ are you playing? He gives me the biggest headaches when I'm playing a squishy in bottom lane. I find that he's easiest just CCing from a distance. Usually, he's pretty easy to finish off if he doesn't have his support. In one of my matches, I was Warwick and just kept jumping his Soraka and leaving him for the bottom lane to feed off.

You play vs him just like MF. You stand to the side of minions and CS. Also like you said, tristana is a good pick vs him since her trading is really good.

Vayne vs Lucian matchup: again stand to the side of minions and if he dashes anticipate a q. Tumble, auto condemn and go back to csing.. Or you can just pick mf.. her Q hurts way more.

Lucian falls off later into the game, so you could have a scaling ADC and play more passive in lane, letting them push and waiting for ganks and etc. I main Janna too, and that is what I do against such picks lol. Janna can disrupt lucian ult and dash with her q, and try to use that to your advantage. Both trist and vayne are scaling adcs, so just follow my advice and you should do fine :). Unless you are plat+ lol then they know how to towerdive. Also, you can keep track of lucian's Cooldowns, and when he uses his q, or if you are laning against for example a lucian blitz lane, keep track of their cooldowns (aprroximately), and use those opportunities to try and poke and grab CS safely. CSing to the side also helps. and using the brush as janna can be helpful (to charge up tornados). Also, leona can shut down lucian pretty hard early (level 2 powerspike, as is lucian, but the lockdown is very strong, plus exhaust...) Additionally, to deal with someone who has 2+ kills in lane, try to play passive, take krugs or gromp when you can and take CS safely. You always have late game to turtle and comeback, so be sure to be good at teamfighting and knowing when to splitpush and etc.
