Which Jungler can turn the tide and save games the most often!?

Hi forums, I'm Gold I-II and I've learned that my best role, Fizz mid, is taken quite a lot, also, if bot feeds heavily, it may even be impossible to carry the game, same with top heavily feeding a tanky bruiser such as Garen/Irelia/Jax etc.

I've started out practicing jungle in S3 with AP Eve, I ended up 7-0 before season ended...Then she got nerfed to the ground burst damage-wise so I'm looking for alternatives that can solidly carry almost any game from the Jungle, since you can help ALL LANES so that hopefully no lane will massively feed.

So, who in your opinion can carry the hardest when one of the lanes feeds, which Jungler can effectively Save a game?.

Common characteristics for these game-changing carries:

  1. Tanky - Since you can turn the game around, you need to build tanky-ish so people won't focus you because if killed, they will simply own your team, therefore you need to scare them away psychologically with HP items such as Randuin's Omen/Banshee's Veil.
  2. DPS - You can't be just a tank, I played Sejuani for a while and she is fun and an effective tank but she simply does not do enough damage most games to be able to turn around or carry a game. For example: Kha'Zix uses his Q to nuke, Amumu has good AoE DPS and Nocturne can deal sustained damage and stay in the battle with his inmense attack speed. In comparison, Zac, Nunu or Sejuani do not deal enough damage with their spells/scaling to fill the role I'm looking for.
  3. Mobility or CC - You need a combination of both in order to succeed, for those times when you need to gap close, escape or shut down an enemy lane so that your ally get kills.
  4. Not be too vulnerable to Counter Ganks/Jungling - There are some junglers that just don't seem to survive in the current meta because a proper Lee Sin will just destroy them in the jungle and remove them from the game/set them back immensely. So guys, who's the master of carries?

Edit

-Udyr seems to be an option also.

You need to sub out two of those for Rengar and Skarner. Make that three, because Fiddlesticks is a very beast jungler. I'd say replace Wukong, with Skarner, Nocurne with Rengar, and Amumu with Fiddlesticks.

hard not to vote for lee sin, vi is strong but lee has been around forever for a reason, you can nerf him but you cant nerf that kit.

If you're concerned that you get lanes that won't do well, shift your priority on dominating early objective control. Having 2 dragons for your team by 16 minutes usually goes a long way in making your strong lanes stronger, and help recover your weaker lanes.

For everything you mentioned, fiddlesticks is probably your best bet sans tankiness where zhonyas helps solve that issue. A well placed fiddlesticks ult can single handedly win a fight, so as long as you have that ult your team maintains some form of presence even when behind. Other than getting his camps stolen, fiddlesticks doesn't need to worry about the majority of popular junglers invading him sans pantheon because of his high dueling potential, and he is a great counterpick to Khazix. Fiddlesticks also has a unique advantage of easy dragons, and combined with his powerful bot lane ganks or 3v3 situations, makes dragon control for him so much easy.

If not fiddlesticks, pantheon and rammus are pretty good. Pantheon is great at mobility/cc/tankiness/damage, and while he definitely falls off late game, can still help control a fed enemy laner if he himself gets ahead, because of how much mileage he gets out of buying cheap AD. Rammus has a lot of the things you want sans the safety against counter jungling or counter ganking, but if you understand when you are in danger of these things you can just buy feral flare, max W first and start getting a lot of gold to be a menace in the mid/late game, while being harder to force out of the jungle thanks to the increased tank stats. Rammus is also great at dealing with fed carries, and can also put a lot of pressure some of the strong AD assassins once he gets his items, and not just because of his taunt.

For Gold ELO, if you can't trust your teammates, Lee Sin is probably one of your best bets. He can clear fast and safe enough for you to be basically invincible in your own jungle if you're not dumb and he's a strong enough ganker to pressure lanes. He's also an incredibly strong duelist once you get used to his tools. So you have an option of ganking relentlessly or making the enemy jungler your bitch, either way gives your team a huge lead.

Alternatively, Godyr is extremely good at carrying games at this ELO although not in the traditional sense. Basically you want to keep insane map pressure while mostly ignoring kills that aren't free. And don't forget to farm. A lot. Just be sure to pick him as late as you can because there are people who can shut down the snowball (Trundle, Olaf, Darius etc). This won't work when you're in higher ELO's as people will (generally) know how to deal with you.

EDIT: Forgot to add this. With the exceptions of Lee Sin/Nocturne/Jarvan/Kha'zix, a lot of the junglers you mentioned up there are very snowball/team dependent. I'm not saying you can't absolutely dominate games if you get ahead but compared to the "Carry" junglers they require more work to do so.

MonkeyKing Nothing is better than landing that knockup on everyone while also doing 200 damage per tick on the adc in the late game.

Kha is the best in the game atm IMO, at least in regards to what you wanted. He has a decent early game, being able to fight decently well early compared to many other junglers, while also having a much greater late game then Lee Sin. He also snowballs incredibly hard and can easily carry if he gets a few kills early, similar to Lee Sin. Kha is also easier to play imo, as Lee Sin is incredibly position reliant and has more team play involved. Him insec'ing someone into his team requires that his team actually can follow up. Late game Lee's damage falls off a lot more compared to Kha, so him using his utility with his R is a must. If Lee is able to knock a priority target into his team, its basically GG, but if not, your team will proceed to get aced as Lee will end up getting killed inside the enemy team for nothing. Lee is good as well, the main problem is his damage falls off late so if you don't snowball hard, you're going to have to pull off some insane insec plays to get your team a win, at least in regards to you being able to make a "winning" play for your team late game.

On a side note you left off Rengar. While it's usually best to go either full tank or DPS(DPS is better) he can fall back by getting tankier late game, similar to J4. Problem with Rengar is he has basically no margin for error, so one big mistake will put your team significantly behind. Also managing his skill rotation is hard(as I haven't practiced it).

Kayle with Feral Flare, in my opinion. Unlike other carry junglers like Shyv or Nocturne, Kayle doesn't require any real support because of how much utility her kit gives. Champs like Kha'Zix and Wukong can theoretically do a ton of damage, but they're vulnerable to being bursted down or otherwise neutralized if they don't have someone like Lulu to back them up. Kayle is self sufficient.

Fiddlesticks is up there, too.
