Nocturne o Jarvan for Yolo Queue
Who carries harder when your own team feeds or who can prevent that they feed in the first place etc...who can turn the tide and carry more often?

I prefer Nocturne on my team because his ultimate is god. J4 is fine imo but he's too predictable when jungling, though he is better if you need early pressure.
What role are you playing? If you're going top lane then choose Nocturne. If you're going jungle then choose J4. Nocturne is too squishy to gank with feeding teammates and J4 doesn't deal enough damage to carry top lane.
as long as your not engaging noc is the better
