Aurelion Sol Ult Change

Hi Riot, I was thinking about an ult change for Aurelion Sol earlier today, and how he has a lot of weaknesses, primarily anyone who gets up close and cc. (yes I know CC hurts all champs, but for example, if mundo or a champ with a toggled ability on, is cc'd, they dont cancel the toggled ability. He is the only one that does that) so I started thinking about how his ult, which has a kinda hefty CD on it, is his only way of keeping out of his weak zone, he needs to be careful.

So my idea is that, though his ult is self peel, it knocks everything back and has a mediocre slow, I think it should be able to be used to clear CC or prevent people from CC'ing him (ONLY HIM, this is NOT a fiora E for the team guys, be real) while its being used. It would go along with his "breaking away from Targon" feel to his ult. Cause thats what it feels like when I ult. His attemp at breaking free. Since its his only self peel and hes super vulnerable any other way. I think this would be a fair change. And I hope you guys can consider this or give me some good reason, as though maybe you thought of this before and decided not to, and if you could tell me why. That question is primarily for Riot.

Just to give an example. You Sol, the two teams are lined up waiting for a team fight to break loose. Thresh catches you off guard, you ult, you break off the hook and are free, BUT now you cant use your ult in the team fight thats unfolding. You are still punished for using it as an escape tool in this sense. At this point, you have to hope it didnt hurt your teamfight potential and cost you the fight either way. Cause if you get caught out by thresh, thats your fault regardless. And a good teamfighting ult like that wasted, still costs you a lot.
