Rift herald tweak IDEAS

Rift herald buff seems underwhelming. At most this objective is most influential as a 5 stack source for snowbally devourer junglers.

Here are two ideas to patch up pains and annoyances and make the buff feel more rewarding.

• Rift herald buffed minions make last hitting harder. So how about rift herald buffed minions that score a last hit provide the champion exuding the buff the cs. This is a nice QOL change that might translate into significantly more power than one might expect. Unsure.

• Rift herald is very unappealing for junglers. If this is something we'd like to change we can make rift herald buff fear/debuff jungle camps if a champion exuding the buff fights them.

• Super crazy rift herald buff idea. Rift herald buff super charges smite or maybe summoner spell cooldown refresh rate. Instead of a jungle camp debuff aura Rift herald can send smite cooldown into hyperdrive allowing junglers to chain smite camps and maybe maybe in pvp.
