As someone who generally hates mana-passives. I kinda wish Anivia had one after the mana-regen nerfs

No matter how you look at it, Riot f*ked mana champions pretty hard considering they were going toe-to-toe against energy/resourceless champions before their item nerfs.

Some are able to get by, like say... thanks to his Passive to some extent. But if you're a champion who guzzles up mana extra fast and don't have any built in ability to keep it sustained, it sucks.
