Galio Annie Veigar Chogath Gangplank Viktor Amumu Slap these types of champions in the face and tell them to stop being so silly.

Zed ults in to try and go crazy? LeeSin goes in for an insec? Yasuo gets a knockup and goes in for the alley-oop?

These champions have so much insane AOE CC and/or Burst that the High mobility/Low CD/High burst doesn't even matter.

Only champs that fit that description are Zed, Yasuo and Riven. And all of them have hard counters.

Zed is easily punishable if you just dodge the shuriken and punish him for using his shadow offensively.

Yasuo is gutted if you freeze and zone him
