Riot u aks yourself why this game is maybe on the decline?! Maybe u should stop reworking champs like aatrox nobody ask for ... a rework should not be a complete overhaul ... aatrox was an auto attack guy with great sustain or extra dmg ... now he is an AD Caster like Riven (THIS IS NOT THE SAME) ... u destroyed teh mentally of this champ ... if u bring a new champ with this kit its fine but u cant take away a champ and replace it with something nobody ask for

u ask yourself why so many people are sick of league ... everybody has a champion who they love and everytime u rework their beloved champ u take their joy away from this game. I loved to play the old shen ... i was shen main .. after the rework he is not the same and useless ... u robbed me my main ... and i guess everybody knows this feeling ..

Riot u lost your touch to feel what your community wants! .... long time ago

Except almost nobody played Aatrox? I mean I understand wanting to try and keep his playstyle, and I agree they did not do that at all, but Aatrox BADLY needed this rework. As for you being an old Shen main, why not adapt? New Shen is more op and broken than old Shen and his playstyle is still pretty similar between old and new. Basically you're whining because "riot doesn't like old champions" and it's just not true. Most of this is to actually try and make them playable again. Take Urgot for example. While he's still not the most played champion, he's SO much stronger than he was before, and he still retained his role as that kinda AD/Tank but can be a marksman role.

new shen is not broken or op ... he autoloses any lane ... ulted down botlane loses you top tower ... other tanks have more cc more dmg ... why play shen .. u root yourself while ulting ... ulting someone when pyke is on teh enemy team is useless because of executed trough shields

You like stats? So do I. Let me give you some fact checking: Shen by League of Graphs. Let me remind you that Shen was reworked in January of 2016.

See those graphs? I'm interested in the one that says "WinRate History". See those spikes after his rework? Shen became so good that they nerfed him to Oblivion. Not just on Top lane either: Shen Support. Shen was indeed "OP" for quite some time. Shen in LCS.

You're playing with the big boys now.

Why are you, someone that doesn't even play Aatrox, complaining about the rework? You don't even know what "the mentality" of the champion is. I'd rather go with what Aatrox mains say about the rework and many of them are satisfied. Your opinion in worthless compared to theirs.

Funny you mentioned that. Shen is still virtually the same. All he lost was his sustain (Q) in exchange for pseudo-sustain (passive) and more tools (W) to do his job. He is, for all intents and purposes, a successful rework.

old had sustain ... new not old had range poke ... new not old had no slow ... new has old has a shield on demand ... new has shield in passive old has ki strike ... new has not old shield could should everything ... new zone shields only auto attacks old could outdamge melees via poke ... new has only 1 dmg source ...

i guess u never played old shen

these are 2 different types of champs .... its not a succesful rework .. riot stated by itself that it was a fail

I guess you don't know the origins of League. The people that worked in the mod DotA are the ones that started League. Legue is, quite literally, the successor of DotA.

I never said League is a copy of DotA. DotA 2 is a copy of DotA. League is its successor.

hmm i understand how you feel. im debating if i should even continue playing this game. i mean all they are doing to me personally is making bot lane a cluster fuck of death. i main karma and they took of alot of what i will call my ability away. im looking at the role as garbage and not even worth playing. a change like that effectively put me who is already on the bottom even farther. now i cant even properly help as a sup. its like the struggle was already real for me now its not even worth it anymore. ardent nerfed into hell!! just fkin take the item out already. that's what they are setting us up for. champion reworks hurt real people. or maybe i should just choose a new role. and start all over. hahaha hell naw
