Mountain drake swapped its bonus to objectives to bonus resistances, so tower will last a bit more and so does laners.
Ocean drake lost its mana regen, that's another indirect nerf to damages and laners who, with only 1 ocean drake could stay on lane forever.
nothing done about snowballing
Elder drake is not bound to drakes anymore so if the losing team gets it it could lead to a comeback. To be honnest I like snowballing, because what's the point of winning the early/mid game if you can randomly lose in late ? (And I say that as a veigar main).
nothing done about turret platings giving gold
This allow non assassins to force their assassin opponent to at least stay a bit on the lane and prevents them from roaming h24, that's good.
xp changes in Toplane will have no effect on toplane having no impact
XP is important, you will get more done with a good TP bot since you will be even more ahead in levels than the ennemy botlane and the ennemy jungler will be less of a threat since you'll outlevel him as well.
tanks are still useless
Conqueror true damages removed, more XP for toplane, aftershock will be buffed for tanks and nerfed for carry, the mountain drake gives additionnal resistances
Well I already think tanks are far from being useless.

MATCHMAKING STILL horrible ... let me wait more than 60 seconds to give me a decent game instead of having a minute queue and a 15 minute garbage game
Strange I'm waiting 3 to 4 minuts and I'm getting balanced matches, it may be because of the end of season smurfs or people who tries to climb gold when they didnt play ranked in the whole year ?
