Akali beat morde in a 1 v 1

Both of them had a hextech revolver and a pair of boots. This shouldn't happen imo. One of them is an assassin and has 3 gap closers as well as stealth. The other is immobile, can be kited to death, and has a crappy decaying shield and his spells also costs health. Something is not right here.
