It would make steraks an amazing item on him since once pantheon all ins, he cant escape and steraks lets you soak up that damage. Unfortunately it doesn't scale with his abilities since he has bonus ad ratios.

As a Pantheon main, I gotta say no on this. He already hits really hard with his AD scalings as is. Lack of item diversity is a bummer, but it's a problem with a lot of AD casters since their AA's aren't bad just not reliable as their main source of damage.
Making all of his abilities scale on AD would be nice.
That would be terrible. He already has ratios and base values that almost guarantee lane domination and early-mid game domination. Buffing them further would just make late game impossible to reach with a panth present.
not only that, but it would also move some of his damage from early to late by the nature off total-ad scaleings, which honestly wouldn't hurt, his early is pretty opressive, and he falls off incredible hard late.
