They nerfed Heimerdinger ult I think. .

Laning vs Heimerdinger is literally standing under my turret doing nothing while he is doing nothing (the jngler, as usual, will NEVER gank (only if it is free kill, he will dive and die trading, making only stronger against me.

Zoe in laning phase - I think people just need to get used to her bubble I'm not sure but I really think it has a decent cast time and animation that you can tell and dodge it in a 1v1 scenario even from a 0 distance bubble (with blink or sash ability (even a short one)) she kinda reminds me of Xerath (in laning phase)

Outside laning phase she is worse than the old Leblanc (high burst 0 risk) but you can ward tho..

i can understand the feeling about jungle... cause when u lane against this kind of match u can do nothing unless wait for jng. But in this case, before this nerf, it would result in a double kill most of time mainly with his item 2419

Plenty of champions aren't played despite being oppressive.

A lot of champions can be oppressive. Malzahar is oppressive as well, without a huge playerbase, but nobody argues whether or not he's oppressive.

The biggest problem is when a champion is oppressive and uninteractive at the same time. Blitzcrank is a rather oppressive champion (He lands one Q, you're either dead or about to die), but he's interactive (you can dodge his Q, as long as you're not Ashe or Mordekaiser). Janna is uninteractive (generally just a shield bot), but is hardly oppressive (barely any damage, doesn't throw you in circles while you're unable to do anything...just kinda exists there. She more prevents you from being aggressive, rather than being actually oppressive). Neither are really massive problems.

But when you get someone that's both, that's a serious problem. It's hard for Riot to let Heimer be viable without him being absolute cancer. At least you can avoid Malzahar's E, and you can actually kill his summons if you're melee.

About Kayle in particular, though, she's only oppressive because she's only seen top or played into Zed. When she's against a mage, or in botlane, she's not seen as oppressive, because the only reason she's oppressive top is because she's nearly impossible to fight.

Heimerdinger needed nerfs... HOWEVER, people rarely play him. So, instead of nerfing the contested top tier pick/ban champs we see every damn match, Riot decides to focus nerfs on a champion that's only played by die hard Heimerdinger mains.
