I prefer to declare myself a Quinn (and Valor) main

Playing her since the middle of S4, I've found her kit to be interesting, ect.. ect.. She was an okay champion who struggled because of bugs that were mostly fixed with her rework.

But you don't care about that, you care about the new supersonic Quinn wrecking your entire team.

So the only thing riot needs to do to fix Quinn?

Lower Harrier's damage.

Harrier does too much damage, and they never thought to look at how that damage might escalate when letting her Q mark a target.

A single harrier AA can do upwards of 1600 damage.

It's too much. Just lower the scalings (But don't make her passive useless please), and you can fix the majority of Quinn's problems without completely reworking her.

Harrier actually does less damage now then it did before. And they can't lower the damage on it, as Quinn only has 2 combat abilities, one of them doing minimal damage

Where are you getting this information?

Because I've played a lot more of Quinn in S4/S5 than S6, mostly because I need a break from every champion every once in a while, if it goes off of a season-season basis for information.

I also don't use Quinn in ranked because she's either banned or doesn't fit the comp

Honestly, I don't care about her damage it's the blind that makes trading back frustrating. Why isn't it like Teemo's blind where I can still see I just can't land autos?

Maybe it's just me but Teemo's blind is the thing that's frustrating. I'd rather have a Quinn blind then a Teemo blind anyday

Harrier is one of the lower damage AA modifiers in her class, especially when you consider that it's much more restrictive than most as it's tied to a specific champion rather than a buff to be consumed. The average Quinn build likely won't exceed around 300AD before the game ends meaning that Harrier is only even going to do around 250 damage tops and the bonus damage cannot crit, sure you could hit for a 1600 damage with a full ADC build IE crit but only about 300 of that was Harrier, not exactly gamebreaking.
