Thoughts on including Garen in the Assassin class update?

Assassin Garen!

Maybe an ad version of that allows him to dash forward. It could share a unique passive with the other hextech items and also the lifeline passive from Steraks/Maw. It could have a similar build path as Sterak's and provide bonus base AD without the bonus shield.

Another option is to look at the 2013 changes to Garen's Judgment (E) - bonus critical strike chance increased to 10/15/20/25/30 from .1/.15/.2/.25/.3. Instead of having the bonus critical strike chance included for each point in E, Garen could receive 5% bonus critical strike chance for each point in his R. So at level 16, when his R is rank 3, he would have 15% bonus critical strike chance. This would also help Crit Garen since Youmous and TriForce no longer provide crit chance.

You know its broken when tanks are now "assassins". Might as well throw in Chogath Galio Illaoi Malphite Maokai Nautilus Amumu Sejuani TahmKench Zac Volibear since all these tanks can 1 shot people too.

its ok for tanks to one shot squishies because otherwise, everyone would ignore the tanks even while being hard ccd for half a century

The only reason that Talon is played mid is because he has a gap closer. If Garen could purchase a gap closer, then he could be played as an assassin as well. He would still get bursted down after doing his combo though. Those "tanks" one shot squishies because they build 4-5 items as damage. There is nothing wrong with that. Those "tanks" would get bursted down since they did not invest more into defensive items.
