You fixed Skarner (outside of how annoying it would be to fight skarner vs skarner), you mostly fixed garen, now all that's left is Mordekaiser. He's still not been changed since he was released on the PBE.
Just please, he was the biggest mess of them all ever since the juggernaut remakes came, and he's still not been fixed, as he still can fill no role in the game.

Posui Gart1 votesThere is some potential in duolaning Morde. What they did is really strange but it can actually work. Until we see how it works-nothing to say about it. As far as I know, they are giving him AD scaling for E, and better AD scaling for Q, as well as attackspeed scaling(so his Q-AA-AA-AA combo is faster). With a sustain support(Soraka, Sona) he can farm on botlane better, than on toplane against something like Irelia or Darius. And with his level advantage he can win botlane with his ult.

The nerfed his attack speed, and his movement speed was dropped to 325.
Revert that movement speed nerf before it gets released.

Both his Attack Speed and Attack Speed per level are getting big nerfs. E's base is getting nerfed and Q's better AD scalling is only for the third hit.
