Twitch jungle - need build help!

I'm not asking for a critique of twitch jungle pick lol, obviously it's way off meta and some games a horrendously bad pick. But I enjoy it so I play it.

Thus far I've tried rushing a jungle item. Neither the AD or AS jungle item seems like a good rush on him. I've tried botrk rush. Not a great path either because his damage is just too low for too long. What would be the cheapest high damage item to rush on twitch? I was thinking maybe a shiv or ghostblade.

*edit-I do very few jungle camps. I generally gank a lane and either grab kills or force their laner out, then push for my exp. So sustain isn't too necessary.

I got forced into it as I'd already locked ADC, and someone else lower pick pulled a "ADC or Feed" on us so I had to improvise. I think it went pretty well, but it was a Bronze game and the other team was largely incompetent.

your really going to need to get one of the jungle items on twitch the reason twitch is not meta in the jung is because of his lack of clear you will also want life steal after that probably a bork then shiv imo for the jungle items id suggest the AS one just because its scaling and twitch does well with AS it will also help with the clear if you apply the stacks to multiple targets before using e i would also suggest the purple jungle item it helps allot with low clear rate jungles

Hm... I haven't jungled Twitch in quite a while, but I'd think if sustain isn't an issue (which it shouldn't be if you soft leash well and prioritize ganks) an early brutalizer into Ghostblade would be best for burst ganks, since you can stealth in, pop Youmuu's, and then have a major burst of MS and AS to get your stacks up for expunge (and the flat armor pen and crit it gives is great). Shiv is ok for the burst but it isn't actually that good of a first item considering you really need another crit item (ideally an IE) to make its burst more reliable (although it is very low in terms of actual gold cost and works for getting that extra bit of damage off from a stealth gank). You could also go for a Last Whisper, but that isn't the greatest as a 1st item rush, even though it is very cheap.

I used to run jungle twitch in S4/preseason 5.

I used to go madstone for the sustain but in preseason 5 I went ranger's into warrior and built him full pen:

you need the farm one for mixed damage so people cant directly itemize against you. after that you build a lifesteal item to stay healthy in the jungle like bork, if you're behind in farming but still need damage then go for BT, then you start stacking crit/atk speed like IE/shiv or PD, after that you finish with a last whisper.

boots when you can. but you need the early attack speed especially moreso since you want to apply stacks faster and E more often and just generally clear faster.

if you want to just roam, then you better be getting kills, at which point it shouldn't matter what jungle item you pick because you're cheesing them.

but i would go

item 3718 -> item 3252 -> item 3153 -> item 3031 -> item 3035 -> finish with cleaver against tank teams, hurricane for squishy teams, and phantom dancer if you think you can pick off a carry or two with just 2 auto attack crits

more specific.

machette health potx2 -> skirmishers + health pots -> devourer + boots/pots -> vamp scepter -> cutlass -> daggers -> bork/bezerker greaves -> agility cloak -> BF sword -> pickaxe -> Infinity Edge -> pickaxe -> last whisper -> filler

I think the biggest issue with twitch jungle is it NEEDS an early kill or assist. I feel like if I can't get that early K or A with red buff at level 2 then I'm fairly useless.
