Thought how to buff quinn rework (not a QQ thread, just trying to give ideas to make new kit fluid)
Something I saw a lot in her specific pbe thread mentioned that if you actually took the 2 seconds of time to ult to go places, damage should not instantly place you out of ult. What if instead it worked like mobi boots (she loses movespeed until out of combat again for X seconds, or maybe unlike mobis have it ramp up to full speed after getting hit instead of magically appearing after so many seconds). This would let her sorta chase things with the ult or run away, while making sense in that if you hit something flying it experiences "turbulence".
Also, the execution on q makes it awkward because you only want to use it on low enemies, yet it is your primary trading skill (meant to whittle them down). If it was a simple nuke would be nice and instead have the execution damage.... added to your passive through leveling your ultimate. (Think like how tahm kench's ultimate gives him a damage passive that gets better with each rank in ultimate). I think this helps because most mid and top laners at lvl 6 can now just instantly all-in Quinn since she has no ult to threaten back with (an issue TF sorta faces, but he has a point and click stun and better range than quinn). It also works with how quinn is really focused on proccing passive through q, e, and building crit now. This also doesn't seem terribly op to me since the damage bonus is situational and not unlocked till lvl 6/11/16. It would be similar to how Tahm kench gets a power spike while "just" getting a mobility/utility ult that is not useful directly in combat which is honestly how he survives being in top lane with his low range.
while many dont, also wanted to mention I love the Valor carrying Quinn animation, it looks like something Quinn would find really fun!
