From a Viktor Main

So viktor is having his lazor nerfed currently on the pbe (goes down by 20dmg) and while this doesnt sound like much I wanted to as riot if he will still be able to clear the backline minions with the ability but at a more delayed lvl? While it may not be a big point, part of what makes viktor so satisfying to play is that knowing by around lvl 7 with an extra dorans ring and the lazor being upgraded he oneshots the caster minions. However if he gets behind on items he can very awkwardly leave them near 1-3 hp (if i ever get behind this happens a lot, especially if i take cdr/lvl runes instead of ap/lvl). I can definitely see riot being upset with viktor's ability to stall games with his lazor, or outpush any other laner, but that also is to an extent part of what I identify him with. You clear minions waves with utmost efficiency. I am just worried he might get to a point where the minions are always ever so slightly ahead of his lazor dmg due to their scaling health instead of clearing them like he does currently but just at a later lvl. As a small note, fellow mages known for waveclear all get at least 2 aoe spells to use so that when the first spell gets them low they can finish them off with the other, while viktor gets one aoe dmg spell for waveclear and just has auto attacks after that which is part of why the lazor waveclearing so well is important.

this is probably overworrying nonsense, but just thought id put it out there as a small concern
