Brand lights people on fire more often
Massive AoE damage? %max hp burn on any attacks? A much more deadly combo?
Damage.
Tank shredding.
Slowing enemies for over 5 seconds with Rylai's.
An easy to hit 2 second stun.
Commit arson.
Bully Viktor out of lane, for one. :P
