For some strange reason after the removal of DFG even though Riot said they would compensate they decided it was a good idea to nerf her passive. How about we not damage the champion that loses to pretty much everyone in lane and can be shut down completely by anyone with half a brain. I'm tired of Riot catering to people who don't know how to play against a champion because of their own incompetence.

Katarina is a hit or miss honestly... and I have no idea why. One time Kat jumped on my face, ulted, and I died instantly, she had no gear was only level 6. Several games later, same situation, except that Katarina's ult did about half of my health in damage, so I have no idea why those two were so different. Maybe some people hack? I don't know... but they were both fresh level 6 and ulted me and one screwed me the other didn't even dent me. Although more often than not I do see Katarina 100-0 people a bit too easily, and that's even after someone stunning her.
Her Plat+ win rate didn't even budge (still over 54%).
Everyone else's early game got nerfed so much, Kat isn't in that bad of a spot anymore as far as laning is concerned.
