Stopwatch does not reduce the CD of zhonas

I seldom go stopwatch, but when I did and bought zhonas thereafter I noticed that my zhonas had a 130 second cooldown. First off, why is it 130 seconds when it's supposed to be 120? Secondly, if stopwatch reduces the CD by 15%, shouldn't the CD then be 101.5 or 102? This was all from my latest Brand game that I completed a few minutes ago.

Am I missing something here or is the stopwatch item bugged?

Edit: I took the rune perfect timing and it didn't effect the zhona CD

might be a new bug, last i recall the 55 sec zhonya rune build worked fine.

If you are just buying stopwatch then it’s not going to work. But if you are taking the rune “perfect timing” and not getting the cdr on zhonyas active, then I would report that.
