This is where you and Riot become different. Riot actually cares about what the players go against (Nidalee rework).
One champion of his got perma-banned for what, 5 months? Just because of the insane team-comps that could be made around him and make teamfighting uncounterable. Its hard enough to balance the game around the champions he makes occasionally (which are great, but unfun nonetheless), we don't need Teemo/Tryndamere with more passives. Plus, I like the champions without dashes/flashy plays, something Riot seems to have forgotten a long time ago. Not every champion needs to be made into a mix of everything. Some UP ones could use CertainlyT's touch, but there are champions that do not need any 'tweaks' to then get banned for ages.

Just look at Zyra and her release state. And then Darius who was permabanned by a whole fucking lot of people until they removed the resets from his Guillotine.
Like, Nidalee got reworked because she was a major threat who could get objectives by Q spamming without any risk whatsoever.
Yasuo was nerfed because he shat on mages.

I bet CertainlyT would flourish in a game like Smite, where everyone has overloaded kits. He could just go crazy with it.

But what u state is simply bad: 'It's fun for whoever is playing him, that should be all that matters.' In a PvE centered game like Diabolo, this is true. LoL however is a PvP game, so the 'playing against' case is just as important as the 'playing as' case.

But that shouldn't be an issue. Just don't pick a fucking mage or incase you do, gets Seekers.
I remember Ahris calling my Yasuo broken because they were trying to go for the DFG Roflcopter against me instead of rushing Seekers and get outright destroyed by my ult after that.
