Choosing Roles is buggy.

I will most of the time get a role that I want when playing solo. However when I'm playing with my friends in a party I would pick primary top and my friend would pick top as his secondary. Doing this I should have higher priority for top lane then him, right? Nope! even if he picks a role the same as mine as secondary while I have it as primary makes no difference at all. Please fix Riot.
