Dr.Mundo needs a nerf?

Top lane was always about the tanks/juggernauts, but one recent champ keeps making me nervous unless I ban him, Dr.Mundo. Dr.Mundo is a fun champ to play but there are a couple issues that need fixing. His "Q" at level 1 does a lot of damage plus it slows you, if we can fix this by lowering his damage or putting his cool down longer it would be more fair. Secondly I think his ult needs fixing, its on a low cool down gives him lots of movement speed and heals him quickly. I love the concept of the champ, I know he was some sort of doctor who knows how to heal and all, but hopefully he can do all this with less damage or longer cool downs.
