Against a melee champ, with no mobility, he has no counterplay. He deals 90+25*0.9 magic damage at level 1 and I can do nothing. I think he need a balance.

Against tankier or shield or heal opponents he is useles...
Just use lulu top or mid or support then. She has a shield, speed up if he slows you down or you even W him. Q is long ranged too. Her ult sets up yasuo in a teamfight.
Counterplay inst about pick a counter champion, it's about every champion should to have a possibility to win or play safe.
