About Cassiopeia's passive.
Most of problem on cassio, after rework, come because her passive give her AP%. And if she gain AP flat, she must be better I think. Right?

The current passive only rewards snowballing which is already hard enough to pull off with her horrendous laning-phase. Flat ap-gains would be infinitely better, no doubt about it. Also it wouldn't punish you for getting more durability whereas only a glass-cannon build would make this passive work.
I have no issue with the percent AP it is the only champion that my name lives up to.
