Rainduin's Omen is builded against attack speed champions (who build trinity as first item) like irelia and jax so I dont understand.
I dont think Rainduin should give you attack speed with his active. It is just my thought.
I don't quite understand your point here. Yes, the passive lowers attack speed, and is built against attack speed champions.

Right now, I'd say Righteous Glory is better because it has the same defensive use as Randuin while having a better aggressive use.
Armour + Cold Steel are nice but then Frozen Heart exists so in a lot of cases you might as well get Frozen Heart + Righteous Glory instead of getting Randuin. The PBE changes to Randuin will differentiate it more.
