Is new Katarina a viable top laner?
I think she may have enough escape tools and damage to take down a tanky foe. Am kinda bored of playing her mid and she looks more like a top laner than a mid.

I am displeased.
... the tanky assassin builds worked because they had base damage and/or some form of utility. Katarina doesn't have either
