Kassadin is a joke now and i miss him
I am at work on mobile so thos wont be very in depth but here we go;
Passive; this is... not great. 15% reduced magic damage and ignorimg unit collision.. this is supposed to get a melee mage woth weak poke through early game? No.
Q: Low damage early 65-185 (70%), slow projectile speed and a magic shield that only works once it connects that gives a laughable 60min 160max base shield for 30% ap ratio woth a range that most mages can outrange or damave yoh before the shield goes up.
W: its.... honestly fine. I like this ability but you really dont feel that bonus 20+10% damage on basics.
E: 50 to 90% slow with.. 180 base damage and 60% scaling.... and you can omly cast this if 6 other spells were recently cast and the cooldown is over.
R: this thing is why he sucks. Its been so overpowered that he had entire builds around it but now it has gutted range and the mana useage per use scalez 50/100/200/400/1600/3200 by the fourth use you're at such a high manacost it may as well only have a max amount of charges but while the mana doubles only 40/50/60 damage is added... to an 80/100/120 (80%) damage ability....
My idea: up his base numbers at max level, and swap his passive and 1. His 1 should redice magic damage an afflicted target deals and then the shield should show up after he takes X amount of his % hp within a short time to protect him from being bursted early.
And just make his ultimate a charge based system rather than this artifical 1600/3200 mana wall
R. that way he isn't as safe at all points of the game and impossible to catch?
