Aren't Viktor, Karthus, and Kennen Suppose to Get Some Changes For the MYMU

As of right now, changes for Vladimir Malzahar Annie Cassiopeia Brand Velkoz Zyra Anivia Fiddlesticks Swain Syndra Veigar Xerath Ziggs have been confirmed. But, what about Viktor Kennen Karthus , weren't they confirmed for MYMU changes too? Viktor needs compensation for the nerf to his E, Kennen outdated kit needs a little of touch-up, and Karthus needs compensation for that W nerf.

Moobeat has marked Kennen changes in his PBE update post, just hasn't typed them in yet and someone said on another thread that Viktor changes come tomorrow.
