Smurfing is violating sportmanship on ranked games. Why this is allowed?

Hello,

Why smurfing of highly skilled players are allowed to play ranked games on alternate accounts they intentionally keep on lower ranking to boost their own self esteem by bashing less skilled players on ranked when they fail to win on their main account? Another reason for smurfing is creating account to be sold after getting out of bronze, thus again violation of EULA.

Sportsmanship clause of Summoner's code should punish those smurfs who does not even try to get out of bronze. It is blatantly apparent that Riot gaems does not give a shit of Summoner's code as Communtiy does not give a shit.

Riot can't afford to lose the players.

So we're going to punish players who...are better than yourself? Why?

Besides, the matchmaking formula works through MMR, not ranking. If someone is good, the system will pick it up, and if they keep their ranking low, will team them with bad allies. Look at op.gg MMR prediction before a game, and you'll see.
