Twitch Gameplay rework?

At this point it seems that Riot is worried when it comes to twitch, which I think stems from the fact he has invisibility which some find toxic. First of all I love Twitch as a champ, I used to play DotA, in which my favourite champ was Clinkz, I think that Twitch is the closest you can get to Clinkz in lol, problem is he's in no where near as good a position as he should be if he's an expy of Clinkz.

At this point I think the only way to save him from the scrap heap is a full rework of him, like level rework.

theres about 15champs who could use total reworks, but because no one has a below 40% win rate right now, riot doesn't care and deems the champions are all in a "healthy state"

these 15 champions can only work in specific pre determined team comp who work with them and around them can actually perform well.

a champion like twitch who has a peel team, he can literaly put out the whole teams damage if positioned and setup correctly, and thats why riot doesn't want to change twitch right now.

solo queue is just unforgiving to certain champions who cant do much of anything on their own.

Thing is he's only good in basically one comp, which meddler has said himself is not a good sign, and indicates their kit is missing something, also I'm interested in hearing who you think needs a rework?

skarner/veigar/poppy/elise/zilean/volibear/missfortune/olaf/(shen just because hes quite dated)/singed/taric/tryndamere

those would definitely need some things changed, maybe keep somethings, but more or less overhauls IMO.

Twitch is seeing quite a bit of competitive play (LCK/LPL are still on 5.5). He got a small buff to his passive in patch 5.6. Historically, his soloQ win rate has always been on the low side.

1 damage per second is hardly a buff :/ and competitive play is entirely different as you can set up specific team comps to suit niche picks, but that's all Twitch is atm, a niche pick
