I've been thinking about Orianna recently and some changes that I woud personally like to see. If you have other thoughts, let me know in the comments bellow.

One idea for a very small buff would be to her passive, Clockwork Winding. There are three ways to do that:

1. make it so the stacks dont fall off or not fall off completely when changing targets
2. Simple damage buff
3. Once you reach max stacks, gain a status for a few seconds that empowers your next 2 spell such as Attack moves 25% faster, Dissonance has a .75 second silence, or protect granted a small damage buff to the recipient. Maybe not exactly these, but just small empowerments to her abilities.

Number 3 is my personal favorite, though is a much larger change. 2 is the easiest, while 1 is the most vague in what it is going to accomplish. The passive is a very flavorful ability I'd love to see as a larger part of her kit.
