Best & Worst Champ Passive
To me, one sign of a good design in a champ is their passive. Some champs have passives that flow with their kit, they affect the way you play the champ at the core mechanical level,
passive is a good example. And, as controversial as it is;
passive is what defines her.
Compare that to some passives that just feel tacked on; like the devs finished a champ and then remembered "oh, we have to give it a passive." This isnt only about how useful it is, it's about how creative and fun it is. Nobody is going to complain about some extra defenses from
passive, but it's still boring as hell. Same with the
passive. Yeah it's handy in early lane, and you may actually take it into consideration a few times before you get a mana item and forget she even has a passive.
So what passive do you think is really well designed and/or powerful, and which ones are boring/useless?
Worst passive ever
It gives you and your lane partner 1 caster minion worth of xp every 3 waves
,
) would enjoy it very much

have strong passives that work with there kit (even iconic for katarina)
Don't think the passive is to great. If you go deathless it is worthless. As kog you aren't trying to be the center of a fight so why would you run round then do true damage if youd probable have died from afar? I also just personally don't like zyras.

is a great one
for fun factor, on both teams (sorry Kalista)
worst:
is less fun
Worst

20% more damage from every attack and ability when positioned behind. What else could an assassin want?
worst
other than the %hp regen per blob which honestly more of a tooltip than an obvious passive. Purple smite completely negates his revive. 450 gold means zac has no passive. And the cooldown is crazy at almost all points of the game, because it doesn't scale down.
(yes, I know it's to give him regen cause he is a health caster, but they could make it more interesting),
, and anything else that is just some base effect that is always on.
,
,
, that have their kits designed around their passive and their passive designed around their kits, those end up being the best
