Laning against exhaust/ignite top lane...
That is the most oppressive thing of all time for a couple reasons:
- it forces your jungler to come top ALL the time because if you try to trade you get destroyed - cannot snowball mid or control dragon
- eventually you are zoned hard because it doesn't matter if you can flash, you do zero damage and are slowed (did I mention low cd on exhaust)
- even if your jungler ganks, they just exhaust one of you and ignite the person he thinks he can kill most reliably (can result in double kill, especially with how junglers are constantly underleveled due to new jungle)
Trynd comes to mind. There's absolutely nothing you can do. He has TWO massive slows with long duration. BOTH reduce your AD massively. Has gap closer/escape that also does a lot of damage.
With this set-up you can even take turret while exhausting the enemy and then run away.
