in the early game there is literally nothing u can do against morde espacially if hes mid lane in the spotlight they showed us how u can "counter" his ult by going in bushed top but wut abt mid ? wut if he ults u mid and out of ur mid tower ? wut should i do then ? i cant even fight him healing + shield + dmg per sec plus single dmg on Q wut do u expect me to do against that it was so clear since the realse on pbe that his ult and his entire kit is broken as hell yet u did nothing abt it and released him cant even play some quick normal games anymore cuz he gon get picked every single time . gj riot uv done it again keep it up .

They release champions on the strong side so people who have no experience with them can still win, and not just be a drag only on their team. At least that's my idea of why

I believe their reasoning was: "We don't use PBE input for gameplay balancing. Something we have on PBE might not be nearly as strong on LIVE Servers, so we ship it to live & make changes accordingly."

It's honestly the only aspect of PBE I despise as there's quite a few things that leave PBE that are clearly out of line, but they'd rather just ship them as is. PBE is more or less used just for finding & stamping out bugs/glitches before they get shipped.
