as the title says u want ez wins ? u wont ur opponent to be helpless against u ? well the answer is clear just play veigar . the game is not fun anymore one guy lucky enough to get a veiagr and its over u literally cant do anything abt it a lvl 2 veigar without items can 100 to 0 ur lvl 2 tank what am i supposed to do against that ? the game is just unplayable i swear

I haven't seen a 2 star veigar 1 shot other 2 stars unless they are squishy. A 3 star veigar is another story but need to be pretty lucky to get that..
"Veigar blasts an enemy with magical energy. This spell instantly kills if the enemy is a lower star level than Veigar.". So, Dragons, Claw or item and synergy you have are useless.
Blitz is good only vs bad player. If you put Veigar in the middle of brawlers/knights/guardians and give him Spear and Rageblade he will destroy your team in 10-15 seconds. It's enough to eliminate 3 units. Don't forget that Veigar is Yordle. Also PD is fine on him against assassins.
3 stars Veigar don't ruin the game, he won 90% of games alone. Actually you can build any synergy and comp around him for funny.
Only a strong CC such Gnar and maybe Pantheon can help to shut him down, but of course if Gnar is not already dead before transform.
