yi did not deserve the buffs he got and hes now broken

i still cant believe why master yi didnt get a major or rework yet the champion is completely bs there is no counter play to him at all late game and even mid game , i was playing support when this dude came to lane he was lvl 6 he just used his ult mid came bot cced him but he used his W to tank some of dmg (put in mind his w is lvl 1) then Q my adc kills him w again without any 0 cdr instant reset then his ult gets back up qs me and gets a double kill , yi is more broken than at this point cc doesnt work against him cuz he can just Q even a minion building armor is worthless too because of the true dmg there is literally nothing u can do even if the guy playing is braindead and doesnt know anything abt the game in late game hell just 1v9 its not fair , this should get fixed fr its so frustrating losing a game after wining ur lane its so bs .
