I cant remember the last time i had a game where i felt good about winning or satisfied with losing

I cannot place the last time i enjoyed this game. I don't care if i win so long as i had fun. So long as the game went back and forth was full of suspense was super close. Both teams struggled their best to come out on top. I never find this in normals ever so i exclusively play ranked. The state of the game is inexcusable. There is no winning if you lose laning now. There is no come backs so there is no back and forth. Only a couple champs are viable in each role and if they aren't banned or picked the game is still a one sided stomp for one of the teams. Never is there an exception. This game used to be fun im not sure what riots plans are for its future, but based on where it from last season to this one. It is a bad plan. Not a plan that will win you favors. Your competitors CAN overthrow your crown EASILY. This is a good big step in that direction. It is a sad day when your game feels like the length of an average hots game. The difference hots is designed to be that short. Hots is fun because its entire design is to be that short. League is not meant to be that short. This feels like a crappy version of hots. I spent a lot of money on this game and want to like it continue playing, But every single game. Every Single. Game. Is either frustrating or boring.

Your game feels more like you designed it to be short busty action this season which is more fun to WATCH, buuuuut way less fun to play when the overall game and core mechanics are not designed that way. Preseason is over. You have the worst state your game has ever been in as the launching ceremony of this season. So here's hoping you don't rest easy and wait for people to get over it. You don't have the luxury of "new players" who don't know better. Everyone who is likely going to pick this game up has.

Everyone who tries this game out will also try your competitors. This games loot system is god awful. Play a few games of hots or overwarch and you will understand it sucks. This games ordinary unlock of just the things you need to play the game is AWFUL runes and rune pages, and even champs are more lottery now. You might as well have made loot boxes how you unlock everything and only payed ones. The games current feel is AWFUL. In game out of game etc. You have failed to keep your game fun. Many have left many more will leave. You are too determined to force people to spend money and too determined to make your game flashy to look at but a chore to play.

You have lost both a customer and my respect. You can earn both back but you need to have better patches than the trash you have recently rolled out.
