Morgana's new passive
Why didnt they just give her a new one, now all she has is a worthless passive that does nothing unless you choose the stupid choice of jungle Morgana.
I was wrong, i re read the passive it does nothing EVEN if you jungle her.

Yes, we all know the Morg changes were dumb. Nothing new.
It just makes lane Morgana even less viable since it doesn't work on minions.
People keep complaining about the (admittedly weaker) passive without mentuooning the w change, which shot her power level through the roof.
After the hotfix she's a little more reasonable, but between the new w and new runes she's in such a better spot than she used to be. W uptime (and being able to replace it sooner if conditions shift) is just such a massive part of her playability.
