you should not have a job that was stupid now everyone has to play ranked to get the reward and it ruins everyone's placements. I have had 4 straight games of trash. People who have no idea what they are doing. I have had to teach the basics of the game itself to 3 fucking teams. My ability to be nice to these people is very low you better turn off punishments in ranked games till this mission is gone 12 days from now.

Your logic is flawed, because if that's really what's going on then there's an equal chance of the enemy team getting the players who don't know what they are doing, so it shouldn't effect your W/L rate
