Malzahar's null zone should be removed and the power redistributed elsewhere

When null zone was its own ability, it didn't just provide extra damage for ult, it was a great zoning tool against tanks while you stunned yourself to ult an enemy carry thanks to its % max health damage. Being a non-mobile mage, Malzahar needs to be able to control the battlefield and create zones of danger for the enemy like Anivia or Karthus. Being able to choose where it went was an key strategic option for the ability's purpose.

Now it practically only provides extra damage for ult, the AOE is pretty pointless since its placement is restricted to exactly under whom you ult. The % max health damage also doesn't do much against carries (who are prime targets) and you're not going to ult a tank (and if you do, they're probably low enough to die with or without % max health damage).

I think null zone should simply be removed and the power redistributed back into Malzahar's ability to zone.
