Just lost my promos to plat because of a bugsplat in lobby

I just lost my platinum promos that I was 2-2 in because of Riots client bugging out on me. I am aware this is a rant post, but why should I lose my promos because of the clients fault, and not mine? Please fix the client, I cant play this.

How dare you imply a poor indie dev have the ability to tell the difference between a ctrl alt delete and a bugsplat before the game even starts, they barely have the money to add a single gold coin to TFT and yet you dare complain of this?!
