As a 
main, I find it extremely tilting to have your CS stolen by your support, who thinks bami's cinder is somehow a good item for their role. The whole purpose of that item is to push lanes. I don't want my lane pushed as it makes me more vulnerable to ganks and it's hard to farm under the enemy tower.

. Which means she takes forever clearing a wave. Having a support that can't help waveclear fast from base kit alone take bami so you can actually show up for the midlane teamfight and not be stuck in a sidelane solo farming for the entire midgame as your team gets killed without your dps can be a very good thing overal.

Wrong. If they don't need it, why would they take it? An ADC relies on farming and Vayne in particular. As a main, I'm effectively useless without items and if your goal in life is to deny my farm, then it counts as not only trolling but griefing.

and that bami cinder passive isnt gonna do so much damage you cant easily last hit them
and it has a small radius so unless the support is standing on top of the wave its not doing anything to the creeps

Sunfire isn't even a good tank item. I wouldn't report if it weren't an item literally meant to take my farm away. Keep making excuses for the troll, I'll be waiting for your next reply. Thanks.

U cannot make your own rules and expect people to abide by them in game thats not owned by you. No matter what u think about it, support is allowed to CS, to build anything he wants, to take any kills he wants. He can even leave your lane on lvl 3 and roam rest of the game.

So if u believe its truth, then why did you ask community if its reportable? You got same answer from everyone and you keep trying to tell that everyone is wrong, even though YOU asked if its wrong or right...
Its simple:
-Support is allowed to buy Bami Cinder. Whether u like it or not. Whether u consider it trolling or not. Whether your teacher in school told u its not. He is allowed. You can report it if you want, it wont do anything. He wont get punished for it. You can also report someone for picking Teemo and he wont get punished for it.

To be fair, that guy was a huge asshole that didn't give a shit about his team-mates and just pushed his own agenda through. The issue wasn't that it was off meta. The guy was actually griefing.

Singed, not Nunu. And problem with him was that he didnt tell his team what he is doing. Just imagine: U join game, your support has Ghost and Smite as Singed and doesnt say anything. Most people would dodge thinking he is planning to troll and intentionally feed. All he had to do was tell his teammates what he is gonna do. He is allowed to play Singed support tho and he is still playing it almost every day without any worry.
