Kennen Visual FX

Just wanted to hear some thoughts on this. I feel like Kennen isn't played much anymore and his skins could use a visual effects update similar to the ones that champions have received recently like Varus and so on. Maybe I'm wrong but I just feel like he is one of the few champs that still has a very old feel to him.
