@Meddler What do you think about Azir right now? Rylai changes will hurt him too.

So yeah.. Hes still on 41% winrate, lowest winrate on mid. With Rylais changes I think It will go lower than 40%. I still think that you should make his ult scale with levels 3/4/5 on 6/11/16. Because 3 seconds ult duration is a joke late game and providing no peel to him and carrys anymore, just used for Shurima Shuffle. I am biased because he is my main, but tell me what you think.
