QOL change for tank supports

Please make Face of the Mountain execute minions easier,

In solo queue, many people don't understand how this item works and fight over super minions and cannon minions instead of doubling the gold. Maybe make it like Kalista's W passive, where the item applies a debuff on the minion so if anyone auto-attacks it to get the cs, it splits, or just have it percent based (execute under 50% idk)
