Is Katarina getting any consideration?

I don't care much about her actual power level, I'm not looking for nerfs to her or ruining her for people who like to play her. She's just really really not fun to play against imo. It doesn't have anything to do with actually beating her. This is about her gameplay patterns --- especially when she's ahead or up against an uncoordinated team, which is pretty often considering how many people play normals

Whether or not she's overpowered isn't what I'm talking about

True. I began playing her this week and even if I think she will help me being more confidence getting kills (jump in teamfights) and with assassins in general, I would say the ult need to be cast at the right moment. If not, it will be useless.
