I just wanna talk about the whole "1 refund" per season idea

Riot is a company now, its not what a majority of its old player base remember it as. The small game designers that make a cool hip M.O.B.A that catered to their fan base. They've grown to the point where they got a majority of their company bought out in shares by "Tencent" this company however gives may not be as likely to care about what the players might want, now with that in mind lets say that riot itself does indeed want to implement this system since threads requesting refunds per season keep popping up and are growing in a great majority.

So heres how it works

Tencent > Riot

Tencent is an internet based company, founded in 1998 started off slow but has been slowly monopolizing its way towards the top and in the world of marketing money matters more than peoples feelings. speaking they basically bought out riot since 2011, and i haven't been here that long but i've noticed threads also correlating to have tencent might be the reason behind specific things that "Riot" does.

With that being said Tencent would neveerrrr let Riot implement a system that would make them lose money, cause people could want to make riven one season and buy a 950 rp skin, then turn around want to main swain the next lol
